PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS ONLINE SIGNATURE SOLUTION. BY USING THIS SOLUTION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE THIS SOLUTION.

The online signature solution ("Solution") provided by DSIB ApS ("Company") allows users to sign digital documents electronically. The Solution is provided on an "as is" basis, and the Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Solution or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Solution.

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Solution for your personal or business use. You may not use the Solution for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Solution, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

The Solution is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that the Solution will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Solution or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Solution, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Solution, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Solution after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the use of the Solution, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Company.
